- Ticket is non-transferable/non-reroutable; rescheduling subject to availability and charges
- Passengers responsible for their valuables/personal belongings; management not responsible for theft/loss/damage
- Alcohol/narcotics strictly prohibited onboard as per Government of India guidelines
- Full refund if cancellation is due to weather/technical/unforeseen reasons
- Company reserves right to reschedule sailings based on official/emergency conditions
- Company may prosecute and recover damages from passengers for damages to ferry
- Personal baggage limit: up to 20 kg, not exceeding 3 cu. ft.
- Prohibited items onboard: knives, nail cutters, explosives, firearms, ammunition, etc.
- Health declaration: Passenger warrants no major illness/ailments for self, children, or babies in arms; carrier not responsible for consequences of pre-existing illness; passenger indemnifies carrier
- Jurisdiction: Governed by Indian law; disputes/claims under exclusive jurisdiction of competent court in Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, India
- Carrier not liable for injury/illness not attributable to its act/neglect/default
- Reiteration of Indian law as governing jurisdiction
