What to have ready at the jetty
The e-ticket here is the same document we email and send on WhatsApp the moment a booking is confirmed — printed or on your phone, either is fine, and the boarding QR code works without a signal.
- A photo ID for every passenger, matching the name on the booking.
- Reach the jetty 45 minutes before departure. Boarding closes 20 minutes before the ferry sails.
- 15 kg of personal luggage travels with you; anything heavier goes into the hold.
Cancelled or rescheduled a sailing? Search again — the ticket is re-read from the booking as it now stands, never a stale copy.
